 より、Japaneseをダウンロードします。
 
 ダウンロードした、''ja.qm''を''/usr/share/opera/local/''にコピーをします。
  $ cp ./ja.qm /usr/share/opera/local/
 そして、OperaのFile->Preferencesから、「Language」を選択して、Languageコンボボックスより、''Japanese''を選択して（下図参照）

 Operaを再起動するとメニューが日本語化されていると思います。
